"Our stay was in early fall so we didn't get to use the pool. Check in was easy. The parking spots are a little tight making it a tad difficult if you have a lot to unpack. Room was a great size and the bed was comfy. The window in the bathroom is frosted but it's facing the parking lot so you can see people walking by which was a little weird. Overall, a great place to stay and at a nice location for walking around the city. "

"Probably the only hotel that I've stayed at that literally excels in all areas - everything from the classy modern room design, to the excellent sound proofing, to the small touches like having free coffee and water all day...every aspect of our stay was fantastic! And the breakfast...it was the BEST free breakfast I have ever had, full of incredible quality and massive variety of items, and I mean in my life! To top it all off, they have free EV charging for guests and parking was included, which just adds to the value of this place. Lastly, they have amazing staff - they were attentive without being overbearing, and were super helpful. The only thing I wish they had was more rooms - they were sold out and I could only stay here 1 night instead of 2. 5/5 would recommend and will be back!"

"I normally give good hotels a high rating but this place needs an above excellent star. The photos online simply do not do it justice. This was a last minute on our way to San Francisco hotel stay. Its a tight squeeze pulling into the parking but there was available on street parking.. Loved my room, hotel lush gardens, waterfalls, breakfast delivered to my room, balcony, sitting area. I could go on and on but suffice it to say I will be back. We could not book another night as they were full. Shout out to Brittany reception and Julian helping with bags. love this place! "
