「Friendly staff, clean room, conveniently located for South/West Wales」

「Room was extremely neat and clean and very well maintained. Only sad part was the breakfast was not well attended. She was a racist who got our food. I just asked for extra hash down and she was like another one? Another one? And made me feel a bit hesitant to ask what I wanted」
