「Be mindful of the directions when using maps. It routed us an hour out of the way thru a dark, isolated canyon with no wifi. Once we backtracked out of the canyon, the owner sent me her location and we found it. She is concerned and will get with tech to fix that. She checked us in with our late night arrival. The key card worked but didn’t open the door. Someone else came to assist us. Still couldn’t get the door to open with the card. We only stayed one night and the room was perfect for a...

「We had reserved a room with two beds, and got a room with one double bed. The bathroom was tiny, so there was no place to put my make-up or curling iron. There wasn't a closet to hang anything up. It was clean, and we survived. We also had to drive to another town for dinner and breakfast.」

「I like the room because it was spacious and better than most hotels I checked. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was affordable, so I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.」

「Booked this hotel for the use of the pool for our children on Fourth of July weekend so they had a fun time, unfortunately the pool was closed in the middle of the summer. So we checked out early. I have yet to hear from the property manager to let us know if we can get a refund for the night NOT used. Don’t include the pool in your listings if we can’t use it.」
