「There were TONS of ants in our bed when we woke up! We moved the mattress and there was old food stuck on the wall that they were feasting on! There were old dirty socks underneath the couch. The sheets were stained - however, now I wonder if they were even clean, given the other issues; the rooms are obviously not cleaned properly. The ice machine didn’t work. Very unhappy with this stay and will be seeking a refund.」

「Because we were not allowed an early check in we arrived after touring Carlsbad Caverns and the bat flight program. We checked in a little after 9 PM. When we were preparing for bed we found that the bathroom lavatory was clogged. I went back down and was assigned a similar room. We then repacked, moved, and unpacked which was a little slow because the room had a mini fridge that did not fit in the normal space in the furniture so it stuck out at the narrow entry hall area of the room.
