"They switched our room type without telling us. They when I came back down, was told there's nothing else available. I wanted a partial refund and was told I'd have to talk to the manager who of course is not there all weekend. I tried calling the number on her business card that they gave me few times, but each time it gave a busy signal then hung up on me. I eventually gave up, which I'm sure was the plan all along. So in summary, the place is ok otherwise, but do not pay for an upgraded room because they may change it on you and there's nothing you can do about it."
