「Loved the hot tub, snacks cookies and popcorn welcome surprise, breakfast lots of options. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little bit in need of repair and update. Overall loved the property and would come back! 」

「To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.」

「The fact the pool and hot tub were out of order, upsets me greatly. My number 1 reason I book a Hotel is that they have a hot tub. Arriving and finding out it was out of commission greatly upset me, this being the 3rd hotel in a row with the hot tub down. I was very upset, the clerk said I could not cancel without paying the $140. (Expedia rules). looked for another hotel in town with a hot tub there were no others. I really, very strongly believe it was shut down to save a dime. 」

「It was a nice place to spend the night. Was there for a graduation ceremony. 」

「Many maintenance issues inside the room (damaged walls, very little hot water, tub facet leaks, the AC rattles loudly so we needed to wear ear plugs, door knob sticks so it was very difficult coming and going from the room). 」

「It is listed with description of property but wasn’t prepared at how little there was for breakfast. There were a couple amenities missing from the room and unfortunately the staff were not able to accommodate as they did not have available. We did use the hot plate (a couple pans were in room) and the grill outdoors to cook which was super nice. Staff was very friendly and area was nice. Overall it was a good stay for our national park adventures.」

「Check in was a breeze! They made it so welcoming and offered to help bring bags in etc. super friendly and made sure I didn’t need recommendations/was familiar with the town. Will stay again and highly recommend. 」
