「Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Location perfect」

「When we arrived the front desk person was so unfriendly. I asked for a corkscrew because I'd bought a nice bottle of wine and "no" was what we heard. No trying to be helpful-just NO. So I asked what was available for breakfast-"NO MEAT!" (I didn't even ask about meat-basically trying to make small talk) he said-just fruit and muffins. Not what had been disclosed when "breakfast included" was advertised. We weren't really planning on having breakfast there anyway but it was the negative...

「Will return」

「Good experience」

「Ferfect 」

「To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.」

「The room was clean and VERY small, good for 1 person, not much for 2. Breakfast on Saturdays is available at 10am when the app says 7am, it was Indian food served at a food truck parked at the property, not burritos as other reviews showed, we had reservations at the caverns at 10:30 so we couldn't stay for breakfast but they offer to prepare coffee if we wanted, we just ended going to a gas station and getting food there. If you are a free spirited person and doesn't care for luxury, this place...

Main downsides is that there is barely if any food options in the area so would suggest to pick up something on the way there or pick your own. It’s also a popular stop for truckers to catch some sleep for the night so sometimes the vehicle traffic can be loud. Bathroom and shower are very small and basic [not...

「A fine stay but there is some highway noise on the front side」

「No issues!」

「There has been a lot of nice remodeling in the building and the rooms were really nice. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping for the facility is another story. It appears the only cleaning that is done is a basic pick up trash and change the towels cleaning. The first room we checked into didn't look bad at all upon just walking in. I opened the shower to get in and there was long hair stuck everywhere on the walls and the floor. The front desk lady got us into a...
