"My expectation of booking through Expedia is that the room will be livable, have working AC and heat and not be unhealthy. This motel 6 obviously knows these issues exist : “Non-smoking” Room smells like smoke enough to be sickening. Tub is cracked with large areas of paint flaking off Shower pole is completely rusted out. Heater does not work Hotel Lock on door is off hinges USB ports are rusted. Rust throughout on door hinges etc.
On arrival there were large grease stains on comforter. The only pro was the staff member Scott that gave me extra towels and another comforter cover on check in. Worst room I have ever stayed in and I'm surprised the CA health Department allows this level of filth. Expedia could not reach them so that I could change rooms. "
