「First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. 「Close to 20 minute walk to Central station, not too close, but can do with luggage. Bathroom is newly decorated while the rest are nice and clean. People at 24 hour desk is nice and helpful. Got a slow elevator but it’s much better then without.」

「The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay.」

「They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine .
