"Clean rooms. Great breakfast. During my 4 night stay, my keycards to my room stopped working 3 times. When returning to front desk to get them working again, they never verified anything about me. Just asked what room and reprogrammed them without verification that I was even a guest or how long I was staying which brings me to my next red flag. "Super disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay from Friday through Monday for my family of four. As soon as we checked into our room, the toilet wouldn't flush, and there were ants throughout the room. I immediately reported both issues, but nothing was done the first day. The second day, around 7:00 p.m., I went to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones. I was told they didn't have enough towels to replace them.
