"We booked this hotel for a ski weekend at Troll and we were very disappointed. The main reason we booked here was for the pool which turned out to be closed for maintenance when we arrived on Feb 13. There was no posting online about it being closed, nothing stated in any emails before we arrived and no notice at the front desk while we checked in. We didn't know until we had our kids ready to go to the pool, we walked down to see if they had change rooms so the kids could change in the pool area after swimming. It was locked up and the pool was completely drained. When I went into the lobby to inquireabout it I got a shrug and a sorry. To top it off our room was dirty, and the bath towels were worn and frayed so bad they were falling apart. I have tried to communicate with the hotel and have received no response back. Hence the negative review. I would not recommend staying in this hotel."

"I have stated in a lot of hotels for medical trips this past year. This hotel has the most comfortable beds, even comparing to rooms that sell for $250+/night. Rooms have fresher paint, nice flooring, covered carports. The towels arent the refular scratchy white. The bathrooms have upgraded low flush toilets, and stand up showers. Rooms include a keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge. Appreciate the comforters are not pure white since i travel with kids. Best little road side motel ive stayed at. The man at the front desk had me checked in within 2 mins which was appreciated after traveling long distances with kids. "
