"Our check-in process was wonderful, and we were initially very pleased. However, we encountered multiple room issues that significantly impacted our stay.
In our first room on the 2nd floor, the phone was not working, making it impossible to communicate with staff. The bathroom faucet only produced hot water for three days, making it uncomfortable to wash our hands, and the refrigerator was not cooling our drinks. Most importantly, the balcony rail guard was broken, posing a severe safety hazard.
Once we approached the front desk, we spoke with Santa, who was very helpful. She addressed the issue immediately and moved us to a second room located on the 4th floor. Because of this move, we had to use the elevator. Unfortunately, the elevator close to the beachside wing was completely broken. There were no warning signs posted, and no notices acknowledging the inconvenience. We were forced to take the stairs to the 4th floor, which was a major issue and an unacceptable physical burden when moving luggage.
To make matters worse, the situation inside the 2nd room went from bad to worse. The shower pressure was extremely low, the main shower head only produced cold water (forcing us to use the handheld attachment for hot water), and the room scale was broken, making it impossible to weigh our luggage. The blow dryer buttons were also defective; you had to manually hold down a main button just to get it to turn on, while the actual speed and heat settings (positions one and two)"
