"We had a great time at the resort! The property was beautiful, very well maintained, and the rooms were amazing. All of the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food and drinks were good for an all-inclusive resort, with plenty of options to choose from. The only downside was that we traveled during a slower time, so some of the amenities and activities weren’t fully open or operating at full capacity. I completely understand why, but we would have loved to experience everything the resort had to offer. The Oasis Bar was definitely our favorite spot! Morris, the bartender, was absolutely the best. He was outgoing, friendly, and always made sure we were taken care of. He also made the kids’ experience extra fun by making their requested drinks and keeping them entertained. He really went above and beyond and made our time at the bar memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"Exactly four stars. The food is good, especially if you have access to the Sun Club the food there is actually very good. The worst thing about this hotel is the pool. The water doesn’t seem very clean. The drinks are generally good, except for the beer, which is honestly pretty terrible. The room was good, the service was good, and the staff really do their best to provide the level of service is a four-star too. If you’re traveling with children, I strongly recommend bringing everything you need with you. The hotel shop is extremely expensive almost 10 times more expensive than regular stores outside the hotel."

"My wife and I had a great stay at the Riu Palace Aruba. The property was pristine they had lots of staff insuring the property and rooms were kept clean. The food was really good and plentiful, and the service was good as well. I would.highly recommend upgrading to the elite club to us it was definitely worth the extra cost."
