「Beautiful stay, property was stunning. Had the canal view and was out on the balcony every day looking at sunset. Lisa, the reservations manager was lovely gave us as much information and was quick and responsive.」

「We loved our stay at OSR. We were right in the center of Old San Juan, and the space was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The porch is gargantuan, offering beautiful views of both the ocean and the city. The beds were super comfy, and having a washer and dryer was a lovely added bonus. We never had hot—or even warm—water, but we didn’t mind, as it was actually refreshing on a hot day. We love this place and will definitely be back.」

However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. The front desk staff were generally very good and were eager to help me with matters such as bus routes, making change, and arranging taxis.
