Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY - it is not upmarket (quite the opposite), it is also not an apartment. It is a terraced house on a really dirty and run down street in Cardiff. The house smells of stale smoke, the stairs are so narrow my husband fell down them. The WiFi didn’t work. We didn’t feel safe leaving our car so had to pay for parking. The company managing this property have done nothing to help resolve my issues with this property.
