I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo. Property was very clean & in a good/convenient location, even though in the middle of town it was very quiet, parking was a 5 minute walk around the corner and staff members were great.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and located in the heart of Cardiff! The room was well equipped with excellent toiletries and a great shower! I found a very dirty wine glass left in the room and stained mattress cover by the pillow. Some other corners in the room were in need of a wipe. Stained towels in the room are not acceptable! I wasnt impressed by the previous however it was one night it did the job!

Loved the boutique style. Staff were friendly. They were under pressure with having rooms ready, because of staff shortages but they remained helpful and friendly.

The decor, breakfast and location are just perfect. I had an accessible room, large and comfortable although, the sink unit in the bathroom could have a 2 tier setup. Otherwise, very good.

The hotel was central to all the shops and access to carpark was straight forward.. we parked in the Capitol as we didn't check the discounted rates available with the hotel at other City centre carparks. The rooms were modern with a boutique feel and I was impressed with the layout and quirky touches. Our room was inward facing with no windows to the outside. That would have bothered me more had we been staying longer. As it was.. it was a slight inconvenience nothing more. Didn't take advantage of the hotel breakfast or restaurant for the simple purpose we were on the doorstep of so many more restaurants. Overall one of the better stays in Cardiff.

We had a lovely stay here, with a quiet nights sleep and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Very clean and a great location. Discount for parking made it £17 for 24 hours. Carpark was very close. Would definitely stay again, very convenient.

A gem of a hotel hidden away in the heart of Cardiff. Excellent facilities- amazing breakfast and I want to take that shower home! Friendly, helpful staff- highly recommended and I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was good overall. Only negatives were that we weren't allowed to check in early. Fair enough but the vast majority of 4* hotels let you. It would be an idea to provide bigger plates for the cold breakfast buffet too. I understand you are trying to reduce the amount of food consumed but the size of them was absurd

The door fell off the cupboard to the fridge the tv never worked the dust behind the tv disgusting and dust on lamp bulbs not working breakfast eggs wasn't cooked had to send back i got £40 back should have had it all back wouldn't stay there again.

Great hotel in the middle of the shopping district. Good breakfast deal on for £10 if booked at check in. Comfy beds. Great shower. We would stay again but will bring our own loo paper. The only issue was the ridiculously cheap toilet roll. One ply - really? Why?

Room had dirt on the wooden floor, was dark even with lights on. Ordered breakfast and after 20 mins hadn’t come. Reordered and came 10 mins later but one of the eggs was raw but I had to leave then to go for a meeting. Reception staff were very good. Breakfast staff didn’t seem as interested and the restaurant wasn’t busy. There was no milk on my table and very few plates at the continental

Hotel Indigo is in a good location, close to the castle and right on the heart of the town centre. We liked the decor. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy, the shower wonderful, & hot. All in all, a great place to stay.

We stayed during one of the home matches of the Six Nations Rugby and were very impressed with how well the hotel coped with being completely full. In particular breakfast was very well organised, service was rapid but never rushed, and was excellent.
