This hotel was AMAZING! For anyone who has accessibility issues, I would contact the hotel in advance and ask to have a room near reception/the pool. Beautiful property, stunning views of the lake and volcano, comfortable beds, the family cabin we stayed in was very big. We felt right at home. The food from the restaurant was delicious, we had the included breakfast every morning. Lots of monkey on the property to see. Can’t wait to return
