"The staff was polite and my room was tolerably clean but very run down. Newer carpet but the doors were literally peeling apart, the dead bolt did not work, and the small refrigerator froze everything. There were no USB ports in the room at all. I would not stay there again if I had a choice. "

"The entire 2nd floor was filled with cigarette smoke. It was like being in a bar! I went to the front desk several times to ask if they could stop it but I was told that they “couldn’t knock on every single door”. I asked to be moved to another floor but was denied. The only solution they offered me was some air freshener? This is supposed to be a 100% smoke free hotel, yet I had to spend the weekend breathing heavy second hand smoke because the hotel management refused to enforce the rules. "

"As usual, everything about this Drury Inn was impeccable! The staff is so nice and the food and cocktails and pool and fitness center...all top notch. Our room was fantastic. Great stay!! 10 out of 10 stars. Special note: the bartender and Nicholas at the front desk...absolutely awesome people! "
