"Fast polite check in, shown the room & the view fron the door which opens out to the beach, all looked good but then we realised there was no kettle which was stared on the Hotels.com web site, also no hot water was happy to wait until morning for a Shave & shower but still only cold water, so we left without washing properly, we still enjoyed our one night stay but would have been great with hot water & the kettle."

"The hotel is in a very good location. The room was well maintained, very clean and had a powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent. There was a good selection of good quality products and coffee is my made to order. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great camp! Accommodation was great and as expected. Bar / restaurant needs to get better as it wouldn’t cope in summer, service slow and kept having to chase drinks order up (there were only 2 other couples in the bar so not busy)"

"awesome stay in San Jose! The aparthotel was spacious with an awesome deck! Good wi-fi, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It's about a 15 min walk from town. I did have a cold shower one day and the receptionist didn't follow-up."
