Beautiful, stunning hotel in a perfect location but above all, the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Our ferry was cancelled due to thunderstorms and they spent hours looking for alternative arrangements for us to take the stress away from us. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough

Pazziella is an exceptional boutique hotel. The small size makes it very private and quaint. The 24/7 concierge is helpful with every need and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful kept, with nice plants and flowers all around. The rooms are newly renovated and luxurious, with great attention to detail. The location is also great, right in the city center and close to the taxi stand.

The whole experience was truly amazing! The hotel is an absolute Gem of a place. Superb service, super clean, super helpful! The hotel is a combination of ultra modern design with some traditional Italian aspects. The attention to detail in all areas is admirable. Highly recommended!! No wonder it had the highest grade on reviews, well deserved!

Wonderful stay with one important recommendation

The property is wonderful, the people are great, and breakfast included was something to look forward to every day. The location is in the center but off to the side and in a three minute walk you are in this quiet oasis with a warm little pool and courtyard. Silvia and Roberta were excellent concierges. I only have to feedback to management that these statues of children of color in little worker uniforms (pic attached) is offensive and I recommend you remove these from your otherwise wonderful property.
Never appropriate. Suggest remove.

This resort was truly a dream come true as we embarked on our first time visit to the beautiful Capri! The staff went above and beyond to welcome us, making sure that all of our needs were met. I love how they sat with us to go over all of the interesting things to see and do on the island. Although we did not get a chance to visit the recommendations due to the limited time we were there, it gives us something to look forward to on our next visit! And the chef treated us to delicious bites as a welcome. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend the Pazziella!

My stay at the Pazziella Hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. Every interaction with the team was warm, professional, and helpful. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, with attention to every detail and the thoughtful touches in the room. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every space was beautifully maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect for exploring Capri, and we appreciated the peaceful, relaxing ambiance the hotel offered. If you’re looking for a luxurious, hassle-free experience with outstanding service and pristine surroundings, I can’t recommend Pazziella Hotel enough. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Capri!
