"Breakfast was outstanding. Lighting was a bit too atmospheric. Bedside lights were welded onto the nightstands and couldn’t be moved. Totally inadequate as reading lights. And the chairs in the sitting area were not comfortable for reading or even chatting. Service was extremely professional and helpful."

"We were in the presidential suite. The jacuzzi tub wasn’t usable and caused the whole bathroom to smell. Even after the cleaning team came in it still smelled. I also kept finding dirt on my bed which looked like parts of the ceiling and walls. I can’t confirm it was flaking off or somehow transferred there. The restaurant is only for breakfast which was disappointing when you wanted afternoon coffee, but the staff were helpful and did restock the room coffee on request. So long as you know you’re spending time in a cave and don’t expect perfection, then you’ll be fine. We only spent 2 nights. Also, definitely not for anyone handicapped as it’s a full maze of staircases. I don’t know if things are better during the summer?"

"Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Cappadocia. It’s exactly what you picture when you want to stay in a cave hotel. The rooms are all unique , large and very comfortable. The staffs communication is 10/10 and are so accommodating and helpful . We enjoyed the spa located on the premise and even treated ourselves to a couple massage which was amazing after a travel day. If we come back we will be staying here!! They went above and beyond."
