For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. 」

「Ho frequentato il Punta Est per parecchie estati tra la fine degli anni 90 ed il 2012. Hotel sempre impeccabile sotto tutto i punti di vista. Ci sono voluto ritornare per rivivere le belle esperienze passate. Anche dopo parecchi anni ho ritrovato l’eccellenza di questo hotel.
