"Great location Beautiful views Staff amazing, did all they could to accommodate any requests Villa 14 didnt meet my expectations unfortunately. Needs renovating and the ant infestation was a problem. Bedroom lacked a mirror and is small in comparison to lounge. I would have liked a slightly larger bedroom, smaller lounge. Bedroom had no space to put your suitcase But cant fault it overall I think we got unlucky with a tired looking villa. "

"The housekeeping were wonderful & had fun teaching me a few Africans. The Dining staff were always there. The tour guides we friendly with great senses of humor. The food was a very good quality and tasty. As someone who is dairy free they had good variety of non-dairy milks, but a lot of food had dairy and as far as gluten-free my options were very limited."

"My husband and I stayed five nights end of April 2026 at Coopmanhuijs. From check in to check out, the staff made our visit perfect. We stayed in room #11. The room was super clean, the bathroom very spacious, and the little balcony to relax in the evening was perfect. The included breakfast was very delicious with fruits, pastries, and lots of dishes made to order. We also had dinner there three nights during our stay as those dishes were equally delicious. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made our trip even more special. If staying in Stellenbosch, I highly recommend staying with them, you surely will not be disappointed."
