「Amazing experience. Really feels like home. Well worth the price. Only thing maybe is to improve the quality of the happy hour bar snacks and food which was not that great.
Otherwise amazing.」

「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking.
Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough.
One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...

「The trip started at a low point because i requested an airport transfer since I arrived late at night. Unfortunately, the transfer was never communicated to the night staff according to them. When I asked that I receive I free transfer on my return trip to make up for this mishap, they declined. Overall the hotel is nice and spacious, the room was great for a longer stay or a bigger group. It gets very loud so I would've recommend for families.」

「We loved our stay at the Greenhouse Guesthouse. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It’s beautifully decorated and has a warm, homey feel to it, much nicer than staying in a big hotel. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the waterfront and a short taxi ride from other major sights. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I get the chance to visit Cape Town again.」

「Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't. The room had all for a 3 night stay: kitchenette, fan, A/C, iron and a good shower. The bathroom handle however was broken, which apparently the...

「The staff were incredible throughout, we loved them and their friendly helpful ways and will miss them.
The situation is also excellent with many amenities nearby.
Room service was also excellent BUT the noise from the Irish pub over the road was awful and completely disrupted our sleep on the 2nd night which was a Friday night, and partially disrupted it on the Saturday night.
Breakfast at the Dock House Boutique hotel was also really uninspiring - small room felt claustrophobic and the food...
