The hotel was really cute and quaint. Great location in the Crest and close to the beach. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the rooms were really comfortable. We were really happy with our stay and look forward to going back.

Very clean and well maintained property. The outdoor pool was amazing. The staff was wonderful and I did enjoy the on-site restaurant although I wish it stayed open later. My children and I had a ton of fun and the location is very convenient as the beach is literally a two minute walk around the corner.

I stayed at Saratoga Resort while visiting Cape May for the weekend’s Bike and Beer Event and had an excellent experience. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning kept it comfortably cool. Although I didn’t use the kitchenette, it offered space for food preparation and cooking, along with a refrigerator noticeably larger(about shoulder height) than the typical hotel mini fridge. The front desk staff member who checked me in was friendly, professional, and welcoming. This was my first visit to Cape May, and Saratoga Resort will be my first choice for accommodations when I return. Highly recommended!

Expectations are different for each of us. So if you over expect you may be disappointed.. But if you are looking for a very clean comfortable room and a welcoming staff. This is a older property.. The owner has done many updates. The room was very clean. And the staff that makes sure you enjoy your stay.. Would recommend Saratoga

Outlet behind the TV is coming off the wall, afraid to plug anything for safety reasons, coffee maker tray was not clean, bathtub is peeling off, sink was clogged, towels have stains (not really clean) have to ask for more towels. Only good thing is the quite hours at nights and early mornings.

The location is great. Less than a minute walk to the ocean, no road to cross. The room and the pool area are very clean. We loved the food at their cafe. There is always a parking spot available. We came back to the hotel around 11 pm and there were a few spots available. The beach is extremely clean, well maintained and has a lot of life guards. The hotel staff was very polite.

Extremely close to the beach. The access point is right there with the little showers for when you come off the beach. Absolutely clean quiet area very close to Sunrise and Sunset Park. An outdoor pool with really comfortable lounge chairs. An adorable Cafe on the premises with outdoor shaded seating area

The rooms and the property here were well maintained. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms could use some updating. Linens were clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Ample parking and the outdoor pool area was clean and well kept. I would recommend the Saratoga if you are looking for a place with comfortable accommodations to spend a few days close to the beach in Wildwood Crest.

The first thing that I’d say is that the ENTIRE staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Secondly, I’ve been there a few times and it’s always been clean. Lastly we’ve always like it because it’s such a relaxed environment especially by the pool.

Perfect choice for our Wildwood Country Music Festival visit! Quiet well maintained property. Moni at the Front Desk went way above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. So kind and helpful. Pool was just wonderful too. Will definately choose this spot again if we go next year. Thank you!
