There are better choices

The hotel is conveniently located with a friendly staff. The beds are cots with spring mattresses. No in-room coffee, shower floods every time you use it. Nice balconies.

Se podría mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones y tener más cuidado con los surtidores de bebida, puesto que en los zumos y refrescos estaba lleno de mosquitos por el azúcar. La calidad de la comida no es muy buena y tampoco hay variedad. Para un hotel de cuatro estrellas tal y como indica su placa, deja mucho que desear.

L'Hotel è un 4 stelle e i servizi di un 4 stelle ci sono, ma è un 4 stelle rimasto nel 1990 probabilmente, oggi non merita più di 3 stelle secondo me, è un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di un gran rinnovamento, la camera è molto ampia e con 2 stanze, zona salotto con divano e tv e zona letti, ci sono diversi mobili e un Bell armadio, ma a parte il mobilio, divano e il frigo che sono recenti, la tv è vecchia e mal funzionante, i materassi sfondati, climatizzatore limitato, non scende sotto i 27/28 gradi, Wi-Fi in camera non funziona, tutto il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato, piatto doccia e bidet rovinati, la cassaforte non funzionante. Zone comuni senza aria condizionata tranne nella sala colazione al minimo, nella Zona Piscina, le docce hanno i soffioni tappati dal calcare, esce poca acqua, il ponte sorapra è fuori uso, le griglie di plastica a bordo piscina obsolete e si rompono facilmente, ci sono pochi ombrelloni, nella hall la grande vasca con le tartarughe è vuota, senza tartarughe e senza acqua. La sala colazione è ampia ma super affollata e con cibo industriale (brioche, succhi, pane, pancake, sono chiaramente di provenienza industriale economica e non locale) É un hotel che va bene per i nord europei che usano la formula All inclusive senza badare troppo alla qualità, non per noi italiani che amiamo il buon cibo e la qualità dei servizi. E io sono una persona che si adatta molto. Peccato perché le potenzialità per un servizio migliore ci sarebbero tutte.

Las fotos no coinciden con lo que es en realidad, la comida pobre no hay mucho para elegir, la climatización no funciona ni en habitaciónes ni en todo el hotel, al comedor comiamos, cenábamos y almorzamos sudando que nos caían las gotas. Un horror..

Sehr runtergekommen, Frühstück ist nix! Erste Nacht ausgelagert

Die erste Nacht war kein Zimmer mehr frei - ebenso erging es 11 anderen Personen!, auch an den folgenden beiden Tagen selbes Prozedere mit Neuankömmlingen..! Als Entschädigung bot man uns HP an, das Essen war allerdings gar nichts! Nicht zu empfehlen, auch das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Haussubstanz läd ebenso nicht zu einem längeren Aufenthalt ein - Fazit: gebt nen Euro mehr aus und sucht was anderes!

Soso lala... Klimaanlage war im ganzen Haus ausgeschaltet, trotz 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit fühlte sich alles im Zimmer feucht an. Der Rahmen vom Spiegel im Bad wurde mit Tesafilm befestigt. Couch war fleckig. Alles im allen ein altes Hotel, das sehr verbraucht wirkt. Ebenfalls waren noch Haare im Bad. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, auch das andere war nicht besser. Beim duschen kann mann sich verbrennen, da der Wassermicher nicht gut funktioniert. Frühstück war gut 👍, Empfang auch.

Hotel un po' datato ma con camere rifatte e pulite. Qualcosina non funzionava sopratutto nella spa, la palestra è datata ma pulizia e servizio sono buoni. Abbiamo soggiornato per 13 notti in mezza pensione e nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

Nett eingerichtete Hotel. Sehr Sauber. Im Wohnzimmer fehlte mir und auch meine Tochter einen Spiegel. Es gab keinen Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon.

Gentillesse extreme du personnel malgré le nombre de touristes.pŕoprete des lieux. Petit bemol sur le spa qui est beau mais dont les equipements sont laissés un peu à l abandon. Majorite de touristes allemands et russes, aucune chaîne francaise à la télé, mm si on ne va pas à mallorca pour ça. Bonne localisation de l hotel avec parking facile. Bon sejour
