"The apartments are fine but very expensive for what they are and the facilities eg although there’s a lovely terrace there are no loungers. The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so...

"Always stay in the CYE when Salou. Extremely clean, staff lovely so reasonably priced. Very central to the main town and the parks."

"Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving "

Desde sábanas (sangre y pelos) sucias hasta azulejos en el baño con sangre y mal olor paredes con comida (como si alguien hubiera lanzado algo), chicles en el suelo, la cantidad de polvo que había por todas las superficies era increible.. Por lo general los chicos de recepción muy amables salvo uno que parece que le debias algo cada vez que hablabas con él (de hecho puse una reclamación y fue bastante borde). "La estadia ha sido buena en general, estuvimos alojados 4 noches una familia con dos niños. Las comidas de media pensión son excelentes, nuy variada y bien hecha. Las instalaciones tambien son buenas, excepto las caminaderas que son estrechas y algunas de piedra dificil de rodae con maleta grande. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y bien climatizadas. Sin embargo, hay aspectos que pueden mejorar: la limpieza deja a desear, a pesar de hacer el cuarto, en el baño no se hace una buena limpieza del el piso y los basureros no se cambian. Tuvimos que llamar a recepción al llegar del parque en la noche para que envien a alguien a llevarse la basura. Por otra parte, el parque queda a 15 minutos a pie desde la recepción, al sol y por el camino del estacionamiento, podrian hacer una caminadera o disponibilizar un transporte rotativos."

"This was a really lovely hotel, cleanliness was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. There was a very good choice of food for breakfast and the dinner choice was, on the whole, very good also - some evenings better than others. It is a great choice for families with plenty of facilities and clubs to keep the children busy . "

"This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s. "
