C'est bien mais...

Bien situé pour les plages de Capbreton, la taille de l'appartement n'est pas mal. Le personnel est très sympathique et courtois. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés. Les points négatifs: - le parking autour de la structure sont très vite saturés et il est parfois compliqué de se garer. - le bruit du canal d'accès au port. - une forte odeur d'urine en permanence à l'entrée du bâtiment - il est fastidieux et un peu long de sortir de ce quartier pour se rendre hors CapBreton. Néanmoins et dans l'ensemble, l'impression générale de ce séjour est positive.

Die Unterkunft entspricht definitiv nicht 4*! Man muss bspw. die Betten selber beziehen, alle notwendigen Utensilien, wie Toilettenpapier, Seife etc. selber besorgen und das Appartement am Ende komplett reinigen, um nicht 60,-€ zahlen zu müssen. Zudem war das Wifi (für nur 1 Gerät) mehr als enttäuschend und kaum nutzbar. Zuguterletzt ist das Appartement ziemlich klein (definitiv nicht für vier Personen geeignet) und der Zustand insegsamt abgewohnt. Wir können es nicht weiter empfehlen. Einziger Pluspunkt ist die Lage, inkl. Tiefgarage bzw. kostenfreiem Patken gegenüber.

Super séjour

Très agréable séjour, personnel adorable, la résidence est super bien placée. Au niveau équipement il faudrait changer la cafetière qui date un peu, changer le pommeau de la douche et rajouter un support pour les brosses à dent. Merci encore pour votre accueil. On reviendra 😃

Tout était parfait 👌 le personnel est très sympathique, l'appartement idéalement situé, très lumineux et cosy. La mer et le port sont à proximité immédiate de la résidence.

Séjour d'une semaine dans cet hôtel, et c'était vraiment une belle découverte ! La chambre (appartement) était très agréable, le personnel à l'écoute, et la position géographique parfaite ! Je recommande !
