"Too expensive for Philippines but worth treating yourself for a few days"

"Our family had amazing experiences!!! We’re planning on coming back in February! From the location/amenities/staff we had a great time. We couldn’t remember all the wonderful staffs names, but they all made our trip awesome!! So thank you Aron, Paolo, Justin, Jestoni, Christine, Erwin ,Michael,Jerry, Jimmy, Jeff, Lauro and to the rest of the staff!"

"I have stayed in this hotel many times. This trip I stayed almost 30 days. I'll give 5 stars because of the location and the 24-hour gym and swimming pool, which I have mentioned in a previous review. Minus: I have been charged for items I haven't used, eg toothpaste and milkshake. I have advised reception. I didn't use it , they said might the guest took it . My advice is with each check-in, make sure everything in the mini bar in your room is actually there. After I had completed the full payment for my stay the night before checking out, I still got charged an extra 300 Philippine pesos for room service, even though I had given tips to everyone during my stay. "

"Place was busy specially at the entrance because of the casino but it was quite and relaxing on the hall way towards the hotel rooms Nice place , will be back the next time we travel to clark and kudos to all the staff who are friendly and professional We had a wonderful time"

"Unbelievably great rooms. Location not bad also. Far away from the chaos of Walking Street. (Unless that’s your thing). Close to fast food options and a big two-stores cafe bakery with a 711 that you can really go and a Korean restaurant. But not immediately around so needs maybe 6-7 minutes of walking "
