「It’s a nice room with decent security entering the property. It was also close to the train so it made traveling easy. The only thing I didn’t really like was the room I was given was a double room which I didn’t really need that had a door that looked like it was a sliding door at one point that they locked in place; I didn’t feel comfortable with it so I blocked it off with furniture. All in all I didn’t have a problem while I was there and though I would ask for another room I’d stay there...

「The staff was pleasant and the balcony a nice bonus. The bathroom very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. We did not use the shuttle service as we had a rental car, but that has to be a big bonus. Once the planes quit departing, it was a very quiet property. 」

「It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this small, friendly hotel. The staff were genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my visit. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their local knowledge and kindness made a real difference. The atmosphere is relaxed, personal, and far more attentive than you’d ever get in a larger hotel. A great place to stay if you value warmth, comfort, and people who truly care about their guests.
