「wonderful experience staying with Gallerie! Thanks for Guy who's taking good care of us with nice attitude! The property itself is very clean and a wonderful pool! Don't mention the best breakfast prepared by the owner! Everything is good here! Very close to metro station that you could hop on into the Toulouse center very fast!」

「What was posted wasn't what was available. What I asked for was two beds. What I got was one. Worse, the hotel showed me that what I’d asked for could never have been provided because that room category only had one bed, so the posting was incorrect. The workers at the front gate and desk resolved it with minimal hassle and a little more money—something I would have arranged from the beginning if I’d known beforehand.」

「One of the best places I have stayed - great communication, clean, welcoming, had everything you need and great value. Loved it.」

「NA」

「Bad service for ever. IF U HAVE CHOICE , DONT CHOOSE IT. If you stay in this Hotel, u will never forget about this hotel, If I could make a negative feedback , 100% for the bad experience ever.」

「Simple and comfortable, easy to check in. My only complaint is that it was too booked up for me to stay longer.」

「Beautiful modern clean hotel used for a one night business stay. Friendly staff. Great rooftop terrace to enjoy the fresh air whilst working from the laptop. Food is limited in this hotel although plenty of choice outside metres away in the square. Breakfast selection was poor even more poorly replenished for guests arriving to breakfast 8am onwards. More fruits, yoghurts, bread needed. The sink in room 602 had poor drainage. I would stay again for ease of location & onsite parking.」

「Great location and very welcoming and helpful staff.」

「The location was excellent, the rooms were a nice size, and the stairs were a bit difficult. An elevator would be a plus. The personal service was excellent and went above and beyond.」

「The room is spacious. The team is friendly. Good location to go around.」
