And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. 「Court séjour d’une nuit, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre, cependant il n’y a pas de volet aux fenêtres qui donne directement sur les allées de la résidence et les stores ne sont pas occultants ce qui est très gênant pour la salle de bain par exemple.. et l’éclairage des véhicule la nuit. Egalement, dans notre chambre nº3204 il est impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder toute la salle d’eau, nous avons été obligé de camoufler le seuil de porte pour éviter la catastrophe malgré nos...
