the check in process here was horrible, when we arrive their is no front desk only a desk for the security guard. And he was not helpful at all. In order to get in we later found out that we had to call Expedia customer number in vietnam to connect us to the owner of the room that we booked. He then would give us the mail box that he put the key card in and then we would use that key card to use the elavator to get to the room ...all this communication was done on what's app text. Then once we got to the room the key card did not open up the room...so we texted him back and then he gave us a code for the door!! crazy! also note that the trash has to be manually dumped by you everyday , the toliet paper is limited to 3 roles (for a 3 bedroom suite with 2 baths) and some dirty thin wash towels that will not get replaced. So we would never book or stay here again!

My room toilet was leaking and the bathroom ventilation is off when I take the key, so whenever I come back, the room stinks so bad. Reception refuse to give another key. 1 elevator so the wait might be a bit long.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend!
