Again I find Expedia's rating high. You rated this a 7 and I would judge it to be a 5 or lower. Just another motel offering free breakfast that amounts to coffee, cherrios and yogurt and no place to sit down and eat - must be carried back to room and no tray to carry it on. We checked into motel late afternoon and then went out. Came back around 8PM and found parking lot over flowing. No designated parking spots left. Parked up against fence of neighboring property. If motel was full not sure where you would park. No coffee makings in room and small 10 cup pot in office. No issues with room just the amenities. **** Expedia needs a independent reviewer ***

Felt like I was staying in prison and worried for my safety. No tresspassing signs everywhere, even at the motel entry door. The room was sold as sleeps 3 and given a single queen. When I asked for a cot or where the 3rd person sleeps, they pointed at a plastic rolling desk chair. I asked if they could refund and cancel before even checking due to false advertisements and he said he could cancel but wont refund. Carpets were filthy, lights were flickering, tv wouldnt stop going back to home screen every 5 minutes and would get stuck on that screen for 15 or more minutes before allowing us to go back to the channel we were watching. We left and got a room down the street because it was so bad. Not at all as advertised, I am asking for my money back.

I arrived at 6:30pm to an empty lobby and no staff. I rang the bell, no reply, called the phone number posted twice, no answer, looked around found the employee laundry door open, knocked a announced my presence, no answer, back to the office, noticed the door to the back room ajar, knocked and announced my presence, no answer. I stood dumbfounded for a few minutes then pounded on the bell one last time before i figured i would have to go to another hotel without a reservation, and finally the staff member on duty appears from the back room sleepy eyed and a bit disoriented. The room itself was a bit smelly and rough around the edges, peeling floor tile in the bathroom and mold/mildew in the shower. It also appears i was charged twice for my pet addition. Overall a poor experience at best, i departed at 9 am the next morning feeling tired but more than happy to leave the experience behind.
