"This was a really cool little motel in the middle of Grand Canyon Park. It's so close to the canyon, we were able to drive 3 minutes to park and walk all along the rim and watch the sunset, and took us 5 minutes to get to the spot for sunrise!"

"We were only at Bright Angel for 2 nights but it would have been really nice to have real cups in the cabins for coffee or the wine we brought. The paper cups leaked and we constantly had to go back to guest services for more. The Fountain was closed so access to coffee or a quick snack didn’t seem easy. Staff at the front desk didn’t offer maps so we went back twice to ask for trail maps and map of the property. The activities staff were great!! The cafe food was great and most affordable. "

If you can park closer to Thunderbird and walk to check in, that may be easier. If you arrive in the early evening, there will likely be"

"Nice venue but the service is horrendous - from the front desk to the bar, restaurant and room attendants. That being said I'll probably stay here the next time I come through - not much choice. "

"Beds and towels were clean but the utensils were a bit grubby. Staff unresponsive when messaged, no BBQ found to use. Only told about no oven trays the day before so we had to fry our dinner, there was no use having the oven. Remote location on mobile site."
