「I’m usually not too critical of hotels . I’m pretty open and understanding but this hotel sucks. It looks stuck in the 90’s. The beds are really uncomfortable. They charge for parking. Parking should be complimentary if you’re staying at the hotel. This hotel isn’t the worst but I’ll look elsewhere next time I’m in the area」

「This was the most pleasant experience! The check in was outstanding because of "J".. she went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfect. The hotel is in my opinion the nicest we have stayed at in Lancaster. I would highly recommend this hotel!!」
