「NEEDS Improvements: We booked the apartment because it featured a washer AND dryer. The dryer did not work, and clothes still very damp. We put the dry on for an additional hour, for the clothes to still be a little damp. The host forgot to explain to us about how to turn on the hot water. We did not have hot water for the shower, (which is upstairs), but the switch to turn it on is downstairs in the kitchen on a wall by the stove. How were we supposed to guess this? Our host did a good job...

「Very nice appartement un a very nice house in a very nice and safe neighbourhood. We see Ghana and Accra overall as a safe place. On top this appartement house has a security gate. The airport is nearby. No disturbing noise. The host was very nice and the communication was very good and always customer focused. The appartement was very clean. The playground, garden and swimming pool was very welcoming. The highlight is a tennis court and basketball court on the roof of the building....

「Very nice hotel residence in a good location, closed to supermarkets and restaurants/cafe. The 1 bedroom was large and well fitted. The kitchen was really practical. The gym and pool are are really nice. The staff was nice. Will definitely stay here for my next Accra trip.」

「Beautiful environment」

「First I touch on the the amenities that took me by surprise. The front desk at any given time was staffed by no less than two security personnel and the head security in the parking garage. The facial recognition entry on the doors was boss. The Elm cafe staff and food was exceptional and our host Mr Oko was readily available. We enjoyed our stay.」

「This place is beautiful and perfectly located. Just be advised that if you book online the check in process is not as smooth as expected. Other than that I love it」
