「I reserved and they said that expedia booked the room but they didnt have availability. Terrible customer servuce. They took the payment without honoring the booking. We could not stay there」

「Highly recommend staying here. Very nice, clean, spacious units with kitchen. Outdoor patio area with table and chairs. Great location on a quiet residential street with security gates. I walked everywhere, it was about 10-15 minute walk to the main street and beach. Host was always available and offered excellent recommendations.」

「Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

「Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....

「Communication was grudging at best, there was no one there to receive us and no information folder. In consequence, we did not have the front door code or the lock box code to get the beach club cards until hours after we arrived and I had bullied the driver that picked us up at the airport into helping me. Bob was great! The property is amazing and we enjoyed it tremendously. The area has lots of restaurants and convenient shopping. Rent a golf cart, it made our lives so easy!」
