「The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. 」

「Place was very nice and well located. 10 min walk to the Ballena National Park entrance. It was very warm and no fan strong enough to keep windows opened so we had to use air conditioning and leave curtains closed. So we did no feel like staying very long inside. No private exterior area to Relax but there was a great common area with deep pool ! I do recommand if the only thing you need is sleep and shower. 」

「This property is at an intersection on a main road and a bus stop shelter built into the facade in front of the hotel. Lots of steps to climb so keep that in mind with luggage. It is not near any markets or restaurants. Some rooms are renovated and others are not. The sliding doors have no screens and there and no privacy sheers. The unit was clean as well as the pool area and the manager was a rock star.」

「I have no idea how the property is. I made a reservation, but had to cancel due to a last minute issue that came up. I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund my booking!! This was during high season and they could've easily found someone else to take my time. Instead, they decided not to bother and just keep my payment. This is terrible customer...
