While the staff was initially very kind and the location is excellent conveniently across from a grocery store and easy to get around the room and maintenance issues were disappointing. We were first checked into a room with a shared bathroom despite booking a Premium Double. Once rectified, the second room had a broken AC. 「The place is amazing and it’s located in a perfect spot of the city. You’re right on the beautiful blue green water. If you go to the right, you will get to amazing restaurants, beautiful beach and views you to the left you will get to downtown shopping, restaurants, and still going along the beautiful ocean. The crew at the place are just amazing. All they want is to make you happy and be accommodate. The breakfast is great and the restaurant is really nice at the evening.」

「This luxurious boutique hotel is perfectly located, offering gorgeous views and just a short walk from Rua das Pedras. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the amenities were outstanding. We traveled in July, so the heated pool connected to the sauna was an especially wonderful touch. The bed was very comfortable and shower was great! This has become our favorite new gem while visiting Buzios!」
