Bed was super comfortable and Lisa was a great host. Nice breakfast and delicious coffee every morning. Only issue is the bath as it took forever to get hot water. Think it is just an old inn so just result.

Rooms are clean and recently upgraded. The owner is easily contactable and serves you breakfast each morning. It's an older building but windows open to let in fresh air. Location is handy for Canterbury West station and sits near bus routes to town and Whitstable.

All the benefits of a small, homely hotel - friendly, personal service by the owner. Also, well located, a short walk from the city centre and with good sized, well equipped rooms and convenient on-site parking. We very much enjoyed our stay.
