"The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful and we managed to check in an hour early, we dropped our bags off and checked in and they called us when our room was ready as we were there early. The room was very clean and ideal for what we needed, it was a little tired and a little noisy with the road outside, we were only there for one night for a concert and it was walking distance so perfect for getting back when it’s impossible to get a taxi or Uber. Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas - providing a chance to experience the local culture yet just a short walk to the metro making it easy to get around the city. The property management was very communicative and helpful as well. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night due to adjacent businesses. "

"Overall had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only thing I would like in the room was somewhere to place my suitcase, it was a pain having to open it on the floor everyday with no where to set it. Also, they should have a way to dispose of bio hazard needles for people that use medication needs and have at least a small canister to dispose of them. The reception desk did not know what I could do or where I can dispose of my needles. Overall the location was great and taxis and buses were just outside the hotel. Will surely stay again on a next trip."
