It was very cluttered and dirty. There was beds, coffee tables and other random furniture around the outside and a storage container blocking up parking so prepare for no parking or tight parking, if you get there at the wrong time.
Unlike every hotel I have been to, the doors all say exit only so you have to come through the front door every time past so many people and dogs (that aren't friendly) hanging out out front. If there was more access to the doors you could avoid other dogs and people. I have never been to hotel that only had bread and waffles for breakfast and had so many signs telling you what to do. The front dest staff was friendly, so you know they did not make the signs.
There is no microwaves in the rooms so after you are disappointed with breakfast you have no access to make anything in your room. The fridge and tv, internet was okay and I didn't feel unsafe. Just was disappointed how dirty the tub was for having children that needed it and the water did not drain. Also spotted serval huge roaches in the hallways but not our rooms. This really could be a special place since it is so close to the park and river, but it has seen better days and needs a renovation.
