"The staff to include housekeeping were excellent. Always smiling. The new furniture on the property beautiful. The breakfast terrific and other menus offered healthy options. The noise due to the construction of the gym outside our room and 2nd pool was one of the things that took away from the tranquility. Also the ants at the 2nd pool ( on furniture and pool edge) "

"Travelled in April so reasonably quiet. Liked the area but nicer to have a car at least for a couple of days to explore. "Check in was easy and quick! Only drawback the lift was not working for two days which was a bit of a hassle for us. when it was fixed it was a pleasure! Breakfast and dinner was included and so good! A first for us was that your table gets allocated for your whole stay which i wish all hotels would do that! No rushing and queing for a table. "The location is wonderful and unique. The sea seems the caribbean. Unluckily the management of the place is anachronistic. You pay a hotel price for a super basic service. Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came. "The hotell is OK I guess. No wifi, the bathroom could be cleaner and the bed was terrible. Other than that the hotell is okei becouse of the fant that the poolside and Malin building is in good shape, other than that i would have given it 2/10. Overall I wouldnt recomend it unfortunatelly. "

"Has the potential to be a really great hotel. In desperate need of a refurb especially the pool area. Breakfast is so busy and staff were quite stressed. We skipped breakfast most days because it was so disappointing. Room furniture needs updating. Cleaning was to a good standard."
