The interior decor is fun and they have options for breakfast (not a ton), the room is rather cramped but can serve for a few nights.

In the middle of nowhere. 1 place to eat nearby. No transport links close to the hotel. Used as a base for Nice but ended up spending loads of money on taxis to get anywhere.

The transportation into Antibes from this location takes up to an hour and is not very easy to navigate. Arriving from Nice airport was especially difficult and expensive. The room itself was very clean and the AC was fantastic.

Shared bathroom facilities!!

Never stayed at a F1 hotel that didn't have ensuite bathroom....bit of a shock when we arrived late at night. Shared toilets were not nice to use but had been cleaned by the morning. Bedroom was very clean but bed was hard and uncomfortable. Handy location for onward travel but a long way from Antibes centre etc

Know your choice, and it's fine

Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

Toutvd abord un grand merci aux salaries de la directrice a toutes les dames qui travaillaient a l hotel,magnifique 10/10 . Au petits soins,attentionnées gentille. Concernant l'hotel malheureusement certains clients font énormément de bruits et de derrangement, le menage pas fait pendant 2 jours dans les chambres . Bien pour un passage rapide entre amis ou seul mais en famille pas trop ideale .
