CHAMBRE très agréable, en parfaite état. A ce prix nous aurions souhaité une boisson ou autre de bienvenue. Le personnel très agréable et compétent. Par contre pour l'espace bien-être, il etait très moyen : courant d'air dans l'espace piscine, difficulté de se déplacer dans l'eau quand on est petite... trois espaces bulles, difficulté pour y accéder. L'espace repos, très bien... mais occupée par une séance de soins le seul jour où on y était.. donc impraticable et fermée au public... dommage! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le personnel compétent : bravo !

Chambre propre très grande, très confortable. Personnel à l'écoute, très disponible. La piscine très agréable, un bon moment de détente le matin. Un seul bémol à 19h une arrivée de 12 enfants (bouées de plage, cris...) trop jeunes je pense pour un spa. Une situation inadaptée pour un espace bien être, et une thalassothérapie d'une bonne réputation!! C'est dommage.

Woke up at 4:30 am with ants crawling everywhere in the room. Reception moved us to another room, but at that point the night was ruined—we were exhausted, had to clean all our things, and sleep was gone. I went to reception three different times asking to speak with the manager. The answer? She doesn’t have time for you. Come back tomorrow after breakfast. Excuse me? This is supposed to be customer service? What a joke. Totally unacceptable.

Grosse déception !

J’ai été extrêmement déçue par cet hôtel. L’entrée des piscines se fait à la réception par un petit escalier en colimaçon. Notre chambre étant très éloignée et compliquée d’accès en plus ! Le deuxième jour, pas de gel,douche dans la salle de bain. Pas de conditioner, pas de body lotion, et même pas de shower cap! Pour un 4 etoiles c’est léger ! Le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement à notre arrivée( des sous vêtements des anciens occupants au sol!) , et même durant tout notre séjour , c’était le strict minimum , et encore!!! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

Das positive das Hotel Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und die Betten richtig bequem. Die Anlage hat aus recht Liegestühle und der ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Der Meerblick vom Poolbereich aus ist sehr schön. Etwas abgelegen aber das sieht man ja auch auf der Karte und mit Auto alles kein Thema. Sehr positiv sind die kostenfreien Parkplätze beim Hotel. Wir waren als Familie zwei Erwachsene ein Kind für eine Übernachtung hier und für unsere Bedürfnisse war es genau das richtige Hotel. Den gesamten Sommerurlaub wollte ich nicht hier verbringen

3jours 2 nuits seule avec enfants , à 300 Euros la nuit je m’attendais à ce que l on m’aide quand même en arrivant avec mes bagages! On me les a mis sur un chariot et après débrouilles toi dans les allées , étages du complexe qui n’est pas évident pour se repérer vu la grandeur ! Pas d’eau dans la Chambre alors qu’on est en Canicule, pas de changements de serviettes ni de chambre faite . Un chien qui se balade au buffet le matin ! Très bel hôtel. Extérieur très agréable. Personnel agréable à la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant. Maître nageur d'une gentillesse et bienveillance qui se font rare. Par contre l'état des chambres très limite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Enormément d'infiltration aux niveau de la salle de bain les dalles du plafond sont gonflés et décollé. Hygiene mediocre dans les toilettes. Fourmi dans les chambres à notre arrivée. On attend mieux d' un hôtel de ce standing. Rapport qualité prix à revoir !

Mellem fornøjet oplevelse

Service og generel rengøring er ikke til de 4 stjerner hotellet har. Man bør være mere imødekommende selvom jeg ikke taler fransk. Hotellet ligger fantastisk og morgenmad også rigtigt god.
