「The lady at the front desk was great. The breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was my wife and I was watching our four granddaughters for my daughter and her husband to go eat and they said we only get four armbands for the pool and since there was 6 of us they wanted us to pay 25 dollars an armband so that would be 50 dollars just for a few minutes at the pool. After paying 136.00 for one night stay, I think that is a joke. We were fortunate...

「Do not book here!!! Exterior appearance was ok. So hot when I walked in I started sweating while checking in. The whole building was 80+ degrees. The "king suite with jacuzzi", was 84 degrees, filthy, and a 3 inch indentation on one side of the mattress. The furnishings looked like they had been picked up off the side of the road. I called front desk to complain and was told that this was the room expedia had booked and to take it up with them. The "Pool" looked like a sewage collection pond....

「The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night.」

「The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!」

「The staff over the phone was very helpful but when my daughter checked in late at night and didn’t feel safe at all. She ended up driving away and going to another hotel. Most of the property was closed down, windows had wood boards on the windows. Not family friendly at all.」

「No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed.」
