「Very nice hotel, very close to the beach. All the comfort you need. All rooms are on the first floor and they have some apartments on the side of the building. Nice breakfast with not only the typical Italian sweet stuff. There's also ham, cheese, egg,... Staff is super friendly. During my business trips to Civitanova I mostly stay at Dimorae. 」

「Hotel centrale, fronte stazione. Impossibile trovare parcheggio (e vigili urbani molto attivi), usufruito di quello, chiuso e custodito, dell'hotel (a pagamento). La struttura è pulita e in ordine, forse un po' datata (marmi, bagno e mobilio) ma ineccepibile. Buona la colazione, ben fornita. Prezzo conveniente.」

「Super lovely property, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast In the lobby was good. We had a nice large balcony. Super easy walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Lots of places closed on Sunday evenings but a 20 minute walk we found some places. Housekeeping was kind and did a great job, they brought us a clothes dryer when they saw us drying clothes in the bathroom. Free parking onsite. 「A really nice place with a great host. The room was spacious and in perfect condition. Nothing was missing. The host was very kind and attentive. The place has no private parking. There is a public parking right in front of the building for 80ct./hour. The beach is at 7min walking distance and it is beautiful.」

「Non è un B&B ma un affittacamere come dallo stesso proprietario confermato. La ragione sociale è fuorviante suggerirei perciò di cambiarla. Il servizio di colazione difatti non è incluso/previsto e a differenza di quanto segnalato su Expedia, la pulizia non è giornaliera (in teoria ogni 3gg, ma non ho potuto verificare stando solo 2 notti). Proprietario cordiale e meticoloso (a volte troppo, ma forse è un bene per mantenere un certo ordine, vista la maleducazione di molti turisti). L'alloggio...
