This guest has left an untrue account of their stay. They came with a small baby and there was a project next door which was indeed mentioned to them prior to their stay. But they booked anyway because the rate had been discounted taking this into account. They stayed two nights of the three and then advised that because they had a small baby they wanted to move. We explained that the villa does enclose because their worry was there could be some dust. Even though the villa living areas and bedrooms are all enclosed they still decided to move and not stay the last night. We explained because it was a discounted rate and was mentioned on the listing it is non refundable. They said they understood. However days after they left they then started asking for a refund for the one night and we explained again it was non refundable. They have left an untrue account of what took place purely because they changed their mind after they committed to the booking and didn't get a refund as already advised to them.
