「If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then I was able to access the property but there is nothing in the village by way of bars or restaurants. I had to go onto the next town to find something to eat. But I have to say I had a comfortable...

「若是自駕前往非常不便。使用導航前往時，在進入到飯店旁的廣場前的單行道，所顯示的交通號誌是「禁止進入」會讓人不斷地繞，直到發現禁止時段為07-11。順利進入好又是廣場，對外國遊客來說會不確定是否可以臨時停車。 順利Check in後，飯店人員提供的停車場非常的遠，但當作散步還算浪漫。遺憾的是放電人員告知「停車一晚12€」，令人錯愕的是隔天取車（未超過24hr）卻是21.8€。 另外周遭的停車位皆為當地住戶所使用的「綠色」。 雖是SPA Hotel，但卻不能使用？」

「Clean, beautiful room. Breakfast was delicious, including a very tasty discovery, crema de limon. Staff was courteous and helpful. Very nice hotel in the very nice city of Segovia.」

「Check in took over 40 minutes for the 3 rooms we booked and then they charged an additional 30 euros for a second bed in the room when we had already paid the 3 person rate on Expedia. Terrible customer service. There’s much better places to stay in Segovia. This is a run down student hostel and the AC doesn’t work.」

「Amazing property! We loved everything - the art, beautiful furniture, woodwork, pool and the breakfast. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and have great recommendations. Easy parking. Big room. Friendly restaurant and bar staff too. Loved everything minute of it and can’t wait to return.」
