This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks ...

Room was exceptional. Clean, comfy, spacious and warm. Fridge in the room if needed. The Host, (Lumi) is friendly, polite, and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone. Thanks Lumi, for your kind consideration, and excellent service!
